A new car!

Yesterday I drove my brand new (to me) car off the lot. It was a sad moment for me, I won't lie. I had my Cadillac SRX for 9 months and I loved it, my daughter did as well of course, because it had T.Vs in it. I could no longer afford the gas in it, since I moved in with my b.f. Getting only 17mpg city, if I was lucky, ended up costing me about $135 a week, yes A WEEK! But alas all good things must come to an end. Goodbye Caddy!



My new car, a 08 Honda Civic, gets close to double the gas mileage my Cadillac did! Granted it doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" the Cadillac did, but hey, I can get portable dvd players and nav systems, not a big deal. I also like that it doesn't have leather seats, which was one of my main points when looking for the new car. I also love that it is a certified Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle!
